These can be used as a perch or an edible calcium supplement, because they are both. They are made of flavored cuttlebone and 100% digestible ground calcium. They can either be attached to the side of the cage as a traditional perch or hung vertically from the top of the cage as a treat and beak conditioner. We use them as a treat and supplement for our birds.
